Свобода!!!! Freedom!!!

Свобода!!!!

In a radical turn around from previous statements, the mayor and city council of Moscow have announced that as of tomorrow, 9 June 2020,  all curfews, walking times by building and electronic pass in Moscow will end, period.

On the 14th all summer cafes will also open.

Previously, the mayor Mr. Sobyanin had stated that the next phase of easing of restrictions would only commence on the 14th and that it would last months. That there would be no big celebrations on the 24th June, when the rescheduled 75th Victory Parade is to take place and so on.

Guess our president V.V. Putin showed the mayor who is boss. Thank God.

This is the second good news of the week, as this week summer has finally arrived and the rainy weather with temps in the low to mid 10s, which has hung over Moscow and surrounding areas, form Europe, has been in place for some 4 weeks. Now temperatures are in the upper 20s to lower 30s and rising and sunny.

Just perfect weather for the residents of Moscow, some 13-17 million, to come out to the parks for fresh air, sunshine, vitamin D and exercise, just what is needed to boost immune systems.
