Last week, the EU Parliament passed a resolution to halt the final construction of Nord Stream 2 and called on EU member states to "continue to isolate Russia in international forums," encouraging the
European Council "to prioritize the approval of the EU Magnitsky-style
human rights sanctions against the Russian regime." This is something that outgoing Frau Merkel has sought, as a way to terminate her commitments.
Many may not appreciate what such a move means, a move that now allows
the German government to annul, via the EU, its agreements with Russia
and Austria and its own companies without paying out $20 billion in
liabilities and penalties.
So for our readers we will go through the winners and losers of this fiasco swan song.
Winners
1. US gas companies
With Nord Stream 2 down, US LNG, at 2,5 times the cost, is the big winner.
That is the obvious one. The US can not supply the EU totally for the
simple fact that over 300 tankers are required and there are less than
200 in the world. Plus, during winter, prices of gas can easily be
increased to 4-5 times the price of Russian gas.
2. US Government (Neocons and Neolibs)
The EU will now become even more a slave of Washington, who at a whim
can and most certainly will delay its tankers or just turn them around. Additionally with
tankers, the EU reserves will never be fully filled ahead of winter, so US
control over its European vassals will be ever greater.
3. Merkel and her Cabal
Merkel has done a lot for Germany: allowed its continued occupation by
the US military for the past 16 years, fully subverted the German media
and intelligence to the service of DC, flooded Germany with population replacements
from the ME and north Africa, allowed mass rapes of German women to go
unpunished, subverted Christianity in Germany, lowered Russian-German
relations to just shy of Cold War era, destroyed millions of jobs with
her anti Russian sanctions and so on. As a matter of fact, in post WW2 Germany, there has never been a bigger traitor of the German nation(s).
So after such an illustrious career, Mother Merkel wants more ... and
who has the best cushioned jobs? Why the Altantist cabals and with this
move she has secured their blessing.
4. Poland and Ukraine.
The EU's biggest leech, Poland, will now be able to ramp up transport
charges on the gas heading West, safe in the knowledge its position is
now secured. Same goes for the klepotcratic nazi colony of the US-EU
known as Ukraine. So Germans and other peoples, be prepared to doll out more and more. This is of course a short term win, as the US strategy is to knock out all gas from the East to the EU, but beggars can not be picky.
5. China
The EU continues the work of its Neocon masters at home, attacking
Russia in every possible way and making the already reality of
Russian-Chinese alliance all the more firmly set.
6. Russian People
In the medium term the political pressure to find better uses for gas at
home will only grow. This includes continued gassification of villages
and suburban sprawl and public and private transportation.
Losers
1. German Citizens
Germans citizens, especially the pensioners are already stretched and
now they will be hit even harder. Such is the consequences of stupid
decisions during elections. With Covid Pandemic Weariness and mass demonstrations already hitting the German cities, a cold winter and its carry on massive spike in US gas or Polish/Ukrainian transit fees, may finally be enough to bring out the catatonic Germans in mass.
2. German Manufacturing
Already with one of the highest manufacturing costs in the world, German
manufacturing can ill afford to get even more expensive. Many more
factories will be forced to shutter or abandon the floundering German
ship. This, of course, feeds right back into #1 above.
3. All EU Citizens
Gas price increases in Germany means gas price increases in all of the
poverty-austerity stricken economies of the modern EUssr. Under EU laws, every
member can buy up any other member's gas supplies, if they have the cash
and the Germans have more cash then most of the others put together.
4. EU Business
This action is a shot across the bow of Chinese and every other non-EU
company that is looking to sign business deals and investments. At any
moment, a pseudo elected pseudo governmental body can annul these deals
on a whim and there is no appeal or penalties that are applicable. This
makes all EU statelets a whole new category of risk.
5. Neocons
Often to stupid to realize they are working against themselves, the
Neocons have made sure that Russia has China's back, fully. Right when
they are heating a financial, trade and possible hot war up with the
number 3 military power, they have made sure the #2, who has plenty of
systems that the #1 does not even come close to, is fully backing #3.
And unlike America, Chinese and Russian forces are not scattered all
over the world. They are kept close and locally out gun the US and NATO.
6. Russian Atlantists
The pro US, EU elements in the Russian elite have been having a very bad
run of it lately. With Medvedev's removal, their best courtier is out.
The elements who replaced them see things for what they are not for what
they would like them to be: US and EU are not friends, not partners. At
the very best, they are competitors.
7. Russian People
Gas prices will most likely rise,, as Miller, head of Gazprom will
probably raise prices in the short term to make up for losses.
So, in the end, we will see what the long term effects will be, but for the people of the EU promise nothing good. If you have any suggestions for one's I have missed, please let me know.

Nord Stream To Far

The Case of America's Energy Double Standards
In the Orthodox Faith we are often taught to pray for our foes and
enemies who are sent to us by God to force us into taking actions that
we should be taking but are not. Examples of this is the whole of the
sanctions regimes of the West against Russia, over the past 7 years.
Thanks to these sanctions, Russian agriculture is booming,
re-industrialization is underway, the further integration of Eurasian Union
and alliance with China and rearming of the military with dozens of new
technologies entering the civilian market space from this rearming.
So, now we have the American drive to save the Germans and Europeans at large
from evil Russian hydrocarbons. Russian hydrocarbons are enslaving
Europe with their low prices and stable delivery and getting in the way
of American exports of Freedomcarbons that run anywhere from 150-250% higher in cost and
due to that ocean obstacle, can not meet the EU's volume needs.
True, Poland has been buying US gas, but Poland is an impoverished de-industrialized puppet of DC and to boot, the expensive gas is paid for
by EU handouts...aka welfare at a national level.
Trump has read Merkel and the German vassals lecture after lecture
degenerating them for Nord Stream 2 and for the purchase of evil Russian
gas. How can the Germans follow this suicide course when their very
sanctity of democracy is at risk? Why should America defend Germany from
the mythical pending Russian (Chinese, Klingon, Death Star) invasion when the Germans refuse to pay
twice as much for American gas? Of course this gas will make already
expensive German goods much more expensive, already impoverished German
middle class that much more squeezed, but this is for Freedom! After all, Freedom is NOT free and for some reason the Germans have been bucking the simple fact that they need to pay and pay till it hurts.
Stage Right, steps in Mr. Double Standards.
Then comes the news of US heavy oil purchases from Russia: 9 million
barrels as of August, more than in the past 16 years and much more to
come before the year's end.
You see, by sanctioning Venezuelan oil exports and stealing Venezuelan
government funds in US banks, Mr. Trump and his cohorts have doomed US
Gulf of Mexico refineries built to process Venezuelan heavy crude, to
bankruptcy. Something, of course, had to be done. So steps in the evil anti-freedom Russian
imports and they are cheaper to boot.
And the morality lectures to the Germans? Well, its one thing when
dealing with bought and paid for vassals and another when dealing with
your own needs.

The New Cold War Is About To Heat Up Again
In steps the Belarus elections, God's gift of opportunity for chaos makers.
In the elections, Lukashenko won with 80%. Though this is most likely inflated somewhat, it is beyond a doubt that the vast silent majority supports him. The West's Trojan horse, Tihonovskaya, a previous unknown, barely scored 10%. Other candidates picked over the rest.
Her platform, or rather the one written for her, is nothing short of Ukraine 2.0 with all the foreseeable bloody results.
As usual for a western backed candidates, there was the usual denial of results, accusations of fraud with little evidence and before the count was even underway. What then follows is not a legal process but an attempt to grab power by force, played out in two stages: 1. Mass demonstrations, often times with paid for demonstrators bused in from all corners to include many from neighboring NATO nations. While basically peaceful, they attempt to occupy key terrain in the major cities and to crash economic activities and government services. PR globally is handled first by US/EU sponsored NGOs and second by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of said nations.
If the sitting government makes concessions to the mob, they will be instantly presented with more and more radical demands. The aim of the game is always the same, removal of the sitting government and its replacement with a "democratic" government that is Western owned or beholden.
2. When and if the above does not work, the next stage is to ship in the armed thugs and try to take power directly by the barrel of the gun. This is a more preferred form of change for the agents of chaos, as the smoke created allows for the most radical and the most owned elements to slay the nation outright and not by slow bleed. While the dust is settling, radical decrees are passed, key resources and infrastructure given away for pennies to foreign politicos and financiers and opposition suppressed and or murdered. This is the modern form of democracy as the West propagates it. The same West that happily gasses, beats and rubber bullets its own destitute masses into submission in the name of Democracy.
Of course, Lukashenko is not Yanukovich and will not wimp out and leave his police to be Molotoved and shot to death. He has already stated he will fight and the military has placed itself squarely behind him.
Likewise, in Russia, this is no longer the government of 2013 with delusions that a deal can be cut with the West. The Medvedev led Atlantist clique is mostly gone and the murderous lessons of Ukraine and the attempted genocide of Russians hailed as democracy, is very fresh. Russia will fight to keep Belarus in her orbit and stable.
If only for these reasons the Cold War 2.0 is set to heat up and deepen. But there is a plethora of other reasons why relations between the US and its NATO states and Russia will continue to sour to levels of the Cuban Missile Crisis or worse.
2. Navalni, a petty ultra-nationalist pulling 2-3% of the vote was poisoned, well maybe, according to the Germans, with of course no proof provided, by mystical Novichok, again. As before, the world's deadliest poison was unable to kill anyone. Yes, we have noticed that like a bad serial, the plots are all the same, so that the plebs will not get confused. We are still waiting for the white hats black hats to be dredged up from the 1950s.
3. China: the US-China financial and power struggles are heating up. Of course, any smart American would try to get Russia on their side. Luckily for China, in today's reality, smart and American politics is oxymoronic. So anti Russian tensions increase in direct proportion to anti Chinese, and as Russian becomes a full blown ally of China, those tensions and attacks from the West increase even more. The beatings will continue until moral improves.
4. Nord Stream 2: with US LNG to expensive for Europe and Germany finally deciding that starving for their overlords in DC and Houston is a revolution to far, the US and its dictatorial ambassador to Berlin, have found themselves without leverage. Be fearful of the evil Russians is the song the US politicians are screaming off key for the past 3 years and yet Mother Merkel, with Alternative Future for Germany party breathing down her pant suite collar, is not responding. As a matter of fact, many German politicians are telling the US to go shag off. The US response has gone the usual route of sanctions and a mass pressure offensive to stop what is inevitable. Well, thanks to Navalni's timely "poisoning", maybe not so inevitable. That good vassal Poland is about to loose billions more in transfer fees that would otherwise be used to pay for US bases in Poland, does not help any either.
5. Covid Vaccine: oh, this one has to be the worst blow of all. After all the preparatory hype of the pandemic of the century. Its not easy blowing up the latest version of the common cold (all common cold viruses are coronaviruses) into the plague to end all plagues. To be able to bring the paranoia to such a state that most of the world goes into self murdering economic shutdown, that is just mastery. The only solution touted by all those special interests from the West, and China, is none other than a common cold vaccine, er a COVID-19 vaccine. Notice how much more menacing it becomes in caps?
6. Iran: even all the US vassals rebelled on that vote, including the British who actually found a vertebra in their long absentee backbone. The US is trying to retrograde financial control over Iran, now that the military option is out, as it was shown that Iran can strike back with pinpoint precision on the US and its allies in the ME. Of course, Russia and China are the main sanctions targets here as well.
At this point, with Kamala Harris instantly screaming that the day she was choosen as VP for Biden, Russian hackers attacked her, it is obvious that relations with Russia will only continue to deteriorate regardless of who sits the American throne, with all likelihood of turning hot sooner or later.
Can the failing US empire handle a two front economic or worse hot world war against Russia and China and a host of other nations? US politicians probably have not thought so far.

The Slavery No One Talks About
For all those ready to fight for historic truth and wokefulness, why are you so racist on slavery?
As a matter of fact, it was the Turks who started the European slave trade. Yes, those nice guys with their kabab stands were the ones who commissioned slavers to capture hundreds of thousands of Africans and bring them back to their borders. Almost two thirds died on those desert convoys walking for weeks back. Women were what the Turks preferred most. Men were worked to death or, starting in the 16th century sold to the Portuguese and Spanish.
Slavic and Greek peoples had it even worse. Today's Greece, Northern Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova and parts of southern Russia were conquered by them and suffered 400 years of enslaved tyranny.
Every generation, the Turks would take the first born son from every family, in these lands. The boys would be brainwashed and turned into slave soldiers, janissaries, to be thrown into one meat grinder or another. Women, that is, small girls and maidens were also taken.
In northern Russian lands, the Turks regularly sent slave raids. This in turn led to most of the 13 Russian-Turkish wars. Russian cossacks on flat boats names chaikas would raid Turkish ports on the Black Sea to free these slaves.
Not only is Turkey guilty of genocide against Armenians, Assyrians, Greeks and Kurds, it is also a state built on the blood of slaves. Slavery ended only a hundred years ago, though the spoils of their blood and toil are still enjoyed by the Turks to this day.
So to all you woke warriors, slavery is not just a white thing, those brown folks in Turkey built their nation on millions of black and white slaves. Where is your outrage now?

American Tech Giants Extensions of the Neocon Agenda
Over the past 60 years, there is no facet of the US government or society that the Neocon-Neolib
machine has not penetrated and that of course includes the biggest
agents of technology, the IT giants. Their massive potential for influence have been put to work in the failed dream of "controlled" chaos.
One must be overseas, in a target nation for this "controlled" chaos to truly appreciate how pervasive these extensions of the State Department are.
Several examples: the Ukrainian nazi pusche of 2013 sponsored by America
and the EU that resulted in an attempted genocide of the Russian 45% of
the population, a genocide that continues with full American and EU
sponsorship to this day. Where the nazis lost on the battlefield,
though they continue shelling civilians on a daily basis, they have made
up by Hitlerite tactics of forced religious and linguistical conversions
and police state terror tactics.
Of course one would never know this, as the Western media only praises
its this brown plague and quiets over those uncomfortable issues such as mass arrests by the SBU of bloggers or just average citizens voicing critiques of the government. And since its
Russians being murdered the West could not care less.
Those who try to push the truth through on Western platforms are banned
or blocked by the army of Ukrainian moderators FaceBook has hired.
Now its Belarus, with the hypocritical West savagely suppressing its own protesting
population and waxing in grief about the very light police tactics of
Lukashenko. Their latest martyr hero who died in the protests, died when his own bomb blew up prematurely. This dead terrorist brought out no less then every EU ambassador, paying him tribute. This insanity has gone so far that even Gas Gas Gas Them Macron, who for 2 years
has set records in the use of CS gas on one's own populace, utilizing absolute third world tyranny
against his own French population (not the illegal immigrant arabs or africans he uses to replace his
French population) talks about the people's right to demonstrate in Belarus, you
know the bottom of morality pit has been reached.
Youtube, one of those platforms that has decided to become an insidious organ of planned chaos, constantly places videos in
support of the demonstrations on every Russian's and Belarus'
suggestions list. You can not block them. Many are out and out falsehoods, but that does not bother Youtube that instantly blocks conservative sites and channels.
When demonstrations started in Russia in 2014, Facebook for its part tried to
mobilize the public using any pretext to get people into the streets:
fight for abortions, fight against abortion, against Putin, for the
Church and so on. These commercials were placed in most Russians' news streams. All adverted the same date, time and location in hopes of getting as many people out and creating as much havoc.
During the last parliamentary Russian elections, in the 24 hours of silence before the elections, when all political ads are banned, Facebook continued to flood the timelines with ads for the most radical members of the opposition.
Facebook, agent provocateur.
The Russian government, along with any other government so affected must fight this direct and illegal threat to their sovereignty by a set of elites unanswerable to anyone, to include the laws of their home country of America.
The way to fight these American neocon-neolib hegemons, of course is not banning them. This, firstly, turns them into victims and hands them the moral high ground, secondly that approach with today's technology is pointless. They must be fought on their home turfs in the best of American traditions^ sued by the victims of their propaganda in single and class action lawsuits. The affected governments, with their deep pockets can easily hire legions of American lawyers to take these tech giants to court, endless court with the aim not necessarily to win but to punish with loss of capital and stock price until the illegal behaviors become to expensive to continue. There are millions of victims of the extremists that these tech giants support directly. In Ukraine, over 8 million people have suffered alone and throughout the world, those numbers are many times larger. No matter the size of the pockets of any one tech giant, they are no contest for the pockets of any medium sized state.
The same strategy should be utilized by the various conservative groups in America, who have been harmed greatly by the immoral actions of these elitist organizations.

A Wind of Change
Much can depend in a nation's life on the personality and beliefs of its
leader. Even more, often enough, on those of the men surrounding him.
To this, Russia is no exception.
President Putin has always stood by the re-industrialization of the
economy and the advancement of the real economy vs the financial
economy. However, this always met with limited success and seemed to
only make advancements more in a reactionary manner to key anti-Russian
world events. Import substitution, raised due to western economic war on
Russia, is a prime example of this. While successful, its success has
been much more limited then by any account it should have been. It is as
if the ship of state was constantly being met with a ponderous head
wind, breaking its progress. Agriculture and military have been the
exceptions.
Indeed, that head wind was the number two man in Russia. An avowed Atlantist and part of the globalist financial elite, Dmitry Medvedev, as
prime minister, was never exactly pro Russian development or
mercantilism (there it is that evil word Mercantilism, so hated by the
neoliberal free trade crowd). It can be understood of course as 1.
Financial economics by its nature is an extraction economy, its quick
cash through liquidation of industry and sell off of resources. When
backed up by people who see themselves as citizens of the globe or
global elites and hold no particular driving and all consuming love for
their homeland, their Rodina, this is a formula for disaster.
Since the removal of Medvedev from power and with him the Atlantist
neoliberal block and their replacement with Prime Minister Mishustin,
the winds of change have arrived.
This was first seen by the Russian advantageous positioning to support
the economy during and after the Covid19 lock-downs. I detail these HERE.
In tendum, the Russian government gave assistance to the Russian medical
supply and biotechnology industry to allow Russia to become an over
night medical equipment heavy weight, bringing forth top of the line
technologies (detailed HERE) and to be the first to start mass production
of the first registered Covid19 vaccine (detailed HERE). Already
nations have lined up to purchase and franchise the production of
equipment and vaccine. Russia has also shown an ability all over her
vast distances to greenfield to completion almost two dozen hi-tech
medical hospitals, projects completed in under 100 days each and not temporary trailers like the Chinese "wanders" but permanent building
with all the hi-tech equipment (also Russian made) that would be expected
from world class facilities.
"The president gave marching orders for the government to work out a package of programs for the growth of the Russian IT industry, to create maximum comfortable conditions for specialists of this industry. Now we are reviewing the changes that will be required in the legal codes to create tax havens for the IT sphere."
Prime Minister Michael Mishustin
One such maneuver is the lowering of pension taxes required from the IT industry from 15% down to 7.6%, almost a 50% cut. Taxes on profits will drop from Russia's already low 20% to 3% for companies who earn 90% of their profits from production and sale of software solutions.
Additionally, manufacturers of electronic equipment and AI systems will also be covered under these new taxes.
No major economy in the world has such beneficial tax codes for the IT industry. Coupled with the fact that Russia produces more engineers than any other nation, an excellent communications infrastructure that is now being upgraded to 5G, its comparatively lower salaries compared to other nations and very cheap utilities and land costs and there is no logical reason not to invest, except for fear bred by ignorance and foreign propaganda. Taking into account the weak position of the ruble vs foreign major currencies, for those selling abroad and ignoring this , it is just down criminal incompetence.
The Russian government has also undertaken a gigantic effort in reviewing, updating and deleting antiquated government standards throughout all industries. This has helped catapult Russia into one of the world leaders of the Ease of Doing Business index in 6 short years. What, the Western MSM forgot to mention that?

The COVID Vaccine You Never Heard Of
As such, it is no surprise that Russia, whose image the US maintains of a backwater poverty stricken black hole of evil, is never mentioned in the development of medical practices or for that matter COVID vaccines. One will of course hear all about US, UK French and German efforts and even occasionally about the efforts of the new black hole of evil, China, but never about Russia.
So a country that has one of the lowest death rates from COVID, it should be no surprise that Russia is the leader in COVID vaccine research and soon production. The low death rates are in part from treating patients with direct blood oxygenation and helium to breakup the clots, instead of just putting a patient on a ventilator till either his lungs blow out or secondary infection takes him. My own aunt who is 76 and was down to 30% lung capacity was put back on her feet in 2 weeks.
It will come as a shock to most people who exist in the Western information bubble that Russia has 17 different vaccines in research and that one of them is completing its final trials: second wave of human trials, with a 100% success rate of creating immunity in the volunteers. Worst case symptoms have been medium flu symptoms and low fevers.
Best of all, specifically anti COVID immune cells have been identified with full immunity developed in all patients.
The Sechenov University team has completed its work and are being fast tracked for mass production, with the aim of producing 30 million vaccines before the end of the year. Keep in mind that on average, studies are finding that over 20% of the population already has naturally established immunity, mostly from asymptomatic infections. The additional vaccines, representing another 25% of the population will bring the total to nearly 50%, even more so as more people will continue to gain immunity naturally. By year's end, Russia will have full herd immunity in the works. August will see the first mass production of a fully tested COVID specific vaccine from a country the US elites have called a gas station that produces nothing.
Is it any wander than that last week the US, UK and Canada simultaneously blamed mythical Russian hackers for sabotaging their vaccine programs. One has to save face some how. Sanctions to follow.
Vaccinations are totally voluntary, as forced vaccinations have been ruled unconstitutional, in Russia.

The Top 18 Other Constitutional Amendments to the Russian Constitution
To that one point, what the mentioned amendment does is zero out the number of served terms previously for Putin, Medvedev and Yeltsin (ok, little chance he will run again) to run for 2 more consecutive terms. So this is no guarantee of being in office, but most western media seemed to miss that point.
What is more important, especially to "woke" western liberalism are the other changes.Russia is a conservative Christian nation state, more akin to what the West was in the 1950s and 1960s then to the woke, extreme liberal mayhem and politically correct oppression that it has become.
The amendments to the constitution were presented to voters as a major blow to the colonial constitution written by US State Department "advisors" aka handlers of Boris Yeltsin and given to him to pass right after he had 550 people killed in the Russian White House (parliament) revolt, in 1993.
What most westerners are not aware of is that Russia was always viewed as an enemy by the Western elite and they were quite vocal about pointing this fact out, even though at this point in the 90s Yeltsin had dismembered (with the help of Gorbachev) the Soviet State, murdered the Russian army, and gave and signed anything demanded from him by his Western handlers.
Just a few examples:
Russians have no one to blame but themselves for the brutal dictatorship they built in their own country and imposed on their neighbors. (Chrystia Freeland, Financial Times, 29 May 1996)
NATO has proved itself to be peaceful and the West's CFE commitments add to that assurance. But as Russia recovers and rearms, as history suggests it will, Moscow's imperialist urge might well rise again. Then it will be too late and 'provocative' to redraw the defense line. (William Safire, International Herald Tribune, 3 Oct 1995)
There is an expansionist mentality among Russia's ruling elite, deeply rooted in the country's past, which makes it difficult for them to consider forming a partnership with the West. This almost permanent urge for territorial expansion has at the same time become a scourge for the Russian people who continue to live in appalling poverty in a country rich in resources. (Jan Nowak "What NATO can do for Russia", Washington Times, 19 April 2000)So what were the main other amendments?
1. Only the federal government can set up governmental structures in the territories of Russia.
2. The territory of the Russian Federation can not be divide, partitioned or annexed to or by anyone else and any actions committed in that vein will be considered treason.
Yes, under the colonial constitution RF had nothing in it about maintaining territorial integrity or about treason on these grounds being..welp treason.
3. RF is the lawful inheritor of the former Soviet Union. This includes all treaties and treaty organizations.
4. The RF has a unified 1000 year history. It has a culture and belief in God passed on to us from our ancestors as well as government traditions.
5. Civil servants and elected politicians are now officially banned from having bank accounts outside of Russia and from holding a second citizenship or permanent residency. As unbelievable as this may sound, some two dozen members of the Russian Duma (parliament) are also citizens of other nations, primarily US, UK and Israel. As a matter of fact, the leaders of various progressive bills to strip parental rights and pro LGBT groups are US citizens. Go figure.
6. The Constitution now enforces that the country's minimum wage can not be lower than the minimum cash required for life above the base poverty line.
7. The RF remembers those who defended the Motherland and will defend the historic teuth from changes.
8. The well being of children is top priority of the government, which will provide the optimal conditions for development of spiritual, just, emotional, physical and intellectual development. The development of patriotism, citizenship and respect for elders. The government prioritizes family based education but takes upon itself responsibility for orphaned children.
9. Government language is Russian. Russian is the main language among thr many equal nationalities of the RF.
10. Provinces have a right to set their own local language which will be used in parallel with Russian.
11. RF guarantees to all its nationalities the right to their own language, creating conditions for its study and conservation.
12. Culture in the RF is a unique blend of all its component nationalities and is upheld and defended by the government.
13. The government guarantees the defense of the rights of Russian ethnic minorities located outside of RF.
14. The only official currency of Russia is the ruble. The currency is controlled by the Central Bank.
15. Government guarantees its obligations to pay pensions and to index those pensions yearly.
16. No international laws or treaties can supersede Russian federal laws.
17. President is the guarantee of the Constitution and the freedom and rights of the citizens.
18. Candidates for presidency can not be younger than 35 and must have lived the past 25 years in RF. He can not have duel citizenship or residency or foreign accounts.
There are of course many more minor amendments that will be discussed later and there impacts.

Свобода!!!! Freedom!!!

Post COVID 19, A World Only For The Rich
There are several reasons for this, one amongst which is mentality quite separate from the middle and lower classes. Many in the modern lower 95% of any modern society are dominated primarily by two strains of though: a duty to pay off any debts taken upon their shoulders and a live for today and face tomorrow when it comes mentality. Both of these are sure to always lead to disaster in a long enough time scale and even more so in the present post COVID economic collapse.
First, the mentality of the "duty to pay off debts". Believe me, the rich do not share your ignorant mental state, ignorant because it ignores the business construct of any such interest laden debt, that of mutual risk. Sure they foster that mental state on the lower 95% to make sure the poorer classes will spend their last penny in savings to pay off what will more than likely be confiscated anyways. They teach you that default and bankruptcy should be cringed at, as some how below real people of character. However, they themselves have no such qualms, never had and never will. Just look at how many times the president of the United States, Mr. Trump, has filed bankruptcy, as a millionaire and billionaire.
In truth, their approach is the correct one. When one takes out a loan, one is entering into a mutual risk agreement with the creditor. The creditor knows there is a risk that the creditie will not pay off the loan and the creditor sets the loan rates accordingly. The creditie knows that there is a chance that he will not be able to pay off the credit and will loose the object of that credit and should, though most absolutely do not, set his priorities on payments (and thus the overall value of the credit) accordingly. At all times a cost vs benefit analysis should be done by the creditie, at all times during the credit pay off period. If it becomes a bad investment, and a house or car is just that, an investment, not your property or your "home" but a cold blooded investment up until the point it is 100% paid off, the creditie should be ready to cut his losses and return the keys to the creditor. This is especially true when the creditie looses their soul source of income.
Bankruptcy and default not a slur words and the rich have never had a second thought of utilizing the tools set before them to reinvent themselves and safe guard their wealth.
Secondly, is the mentality of living for today. Most of the rich have plans and plans within plans. Those that work take on contracts with contingency plans, the golden parachutes of modern speak. They are always looking for better opportunities and will jump ship as needed. They do not hold loyalty to their companies as those companies do not hold loyalty back to them. This is especially true the lower one goes on the employee grade. Modern corporations will not think twice about down sizing or reducing paid staff as needed to dictated by economic prudence. The bigger the corporation the more this is the truth, with a few exceptions, primarily in smaller, talent dependent companies, such as consultancies, who are only as good as their talent and must be ready to plus up on a very short notice.
Of course, this was not always so. Under the more socialist models, it was disallowed and in some countries such as France, it is still very difficult, but in any Neo-liberal economic model, labour is a resource, as my MBA B-School professors taught us, a view I never agreed with, but that is irrelevant as 99% did.
The Rich are always on the look out, following trends, switching and reinventing themselves, their industries and their locations as need be.
However, as is the problem with all Neo-liberal economies, the super accumulation of wealth, whether its flaunted or kept behind tall walls, in the hands of a very small subset of society, has been on a relentless drive. In most Neo-liberal societies wealth and property ownership by the top 5% is often between 60-80% of that nation's total wealth. With that comes a power over politics unmatched in by any other segment and perpetuates the wealth accumulation.. As a matter of fact, if one takes away the description of the supposed form of government and compares wealth distribution in the Neo-liberal "democracies" with that of most Middle Eastern dictatorships, such as the Saudis or Kuwaitis, one will find more commonalities then discrepancies. With wealth comes real power.
Now we reach the post Covid reality, which is very quickly coming upon the majority of the world. Prior to now, in the global lock down, much was written about this and even more ignored. The majority of the lower 95% preferred to believe in the myths of the V shaped rebound: "just you wait, as soon as the doors open, it will be back to work and just like before". Like before was already broken and slowly sinking, now the corks are out of the barrels and water has poured in.
The reality is that many businesses aimed at the middle class and poor are gone. The cost of credit to open new ones and for the lower 95's purchasing are skyrocketing. Social distancing laws are a force multiplier on price. Additionally, with mass unemployment will come a massive downward push on most salaries, even as meager savings are destroyed on survival.
Lets take commercial flying for example. With airliners required to seat passengers in every other seat, this will lower occupancy in large planes by 30% and in small commuter planes by up to 60%. Associations of commercial airliners and experts have already predicted an average cost of increase in tickets of 40%. This will put commercial flying out of the reach of the majority of Neo-liberal societies suffering from downward pressures on wages and lack of credit to fuel spending. Equally so for small and many medium sized businesses.
The average office manager will think twice before sending an employee to a conference or training. Sure, online trainings will take up some of the slack, but they are rarely of the same caliber or bring in the same revenue for the hosting company. Again, downward spiral of a negative feed back loop.
As fewer and fewer economy classes passengers will be available, ticket prices will inadvertently rise, making them yet more inaccessible, until the primary target will be the cost immune rich. I have flown on business class only flights, those do exist and they will start to expand, pushing out the unaffordable economy class flights. More and more, we will return to an era where only the rich flew and had that mobility.
A similar process will start to take place in many other industries: restaurants, live entertainment, vacationing, housing, upper education, insurance and medicine and so forth.
Additionally, as all of this is happening, already often bankrupt local governments are finding tax income streams collapsing while outlays are exploding. Like it or not, they will have to raise taxes, further destroying their economies, or force austerity, further destroying their economies or like several American cities have already done: file bankruptcy and quit the game.
The present landscape and its socioeconomic trends are moving much of the Neo-liberal world into a full tilt dystopia, something more akin to Latin American realities: a tiny upper crust that owns 80% of everything, a service/managerial educated 20% who owns the remaining 20% and 79% in total grinding poverty, debt slaved to the top 1%. A bright happy future this is not.
